Laydex Sports Surfaces Division supply the Playing Field for Scil on TG4

Ulysses Films in conjunction with TG4 are currently filming a Gaelic games series called Scil. This programme consists of numerous children's GAA teams from around Ireland competing on their Gaelic games skills and team work.

Due to our reputation in the industry, Ulysses Films gave Laydex the option to sponsor the Sports Surface used for this programme. Laydex Sports Surfaces Division generously donated the renowned synthetic grass, Prestige XT.

Prestige XT is the latest in the range of new-generation artificial turfs from the FieldTurf Tarkett range. It was chosen because of its characteristics, its ability to withstand extreme conditions and also due to the fact that it is especially designed for contact sports such as GAA . This synthetic grass was installed by one of Ireland's leading company's in the Sports Surfaces sector, specialising in the installation of Synthetic sports surfaces throughout Ireland.Prestige Sports Surfaces.

Scil will be aired each Monday at 4.35pm from the 25th of September 2007 for twelve weeks.
